IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING

Copyright & Design Permissions

By submitting photos, artwork, logos, characters, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission and any licenses required for the requested customization. Purchasing or downloading a design from Etsy, Canva, or another source does not automatically grant commercial reproduction rights. Caliwoodz Creations may request documentation of your rights and may decline designs that could infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Custom Order Details

Review all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and design instructions carefully. Provide the highest-quality images available; transparent PNG files are preferred for logos where appropriate. Processing times depend on the item, quantity, and design complexity. Large orders and rush requests must be approved in advance, and rush fees may apply.

Personalized Order Issues

Because items are made to order, cancellations and returns for customer-approved designs or customer-submitted errors may be limited, subject to applicable law. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your order confirms that you have permission to use the content you submit.

Bulk Order Processing & Event Dates

Please order early: Customized bulk orders require additional production time. The following are estimated production windows, not guaranteed delivery dates:

10–25 items: 7–10 business days (order at least 3 weeks ahead).
26–50 items: 10–14 business days (order at least 4 weeks ahead).
51–75 items: 14–18 business days (order at least 5 weeks ahead).
76–100 items: 15–20 business days (order at least 6 weeks ahead).
More than 100 items: Custom quote and timeline; please inquire 6–8 weeks ahead.

Event date required: Please provide the date you need your items when submitting your customization details. If no event-date field is available at checkout, contact us before ordering to confirm timing.

Production begins only after payment, receipt of all required customization details, and approval of any required design proof. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping time is additional. Product complexity, supply availability, and our existing production schedule may require more time.

Rush Orders Require Prior Approval

If your requested date is earlier than our recommended advance-order window, contact Caliwoodz Creations before purchasing. Rush orders are accepted only after we review our existing orders, materials, and production capacity. A rush request is not a confirmed order or a guaranteed delivery date. Rush fees or expedited shipping charges may apply if approved. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response to a rush request.

Do not place a time-sensitive order until we have confirmed that we can meet your requested deadline.
