Every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Please review all names, spelling, colors, themes, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds on personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right if applicable.
