CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY — Caliwoodz Creations

Artwork Requirements
• Upload high-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI and 2000px width).
• Low-quality or pixelated images may result in blurry prints.
• Caliwoodz Creations is not responsible for poor results caused by low-resolution or incorrect files.
• By ordering, you confirm you have rights to all submitted artwork.

Turnaround Time
• Standard: 7–10 business days after payment & design approval.
• Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
• Large/bulk orders may require extra time.

Pricing & Add-Ons
• Base Shirt Price: $25 per shirt.
• Printing costs depend on placement (front/back/sleeve/combos).
• Bulk discounts available.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
• Custom items are final sale.
• Orders can’t be canceled after production begins.
• Replacements provided only for manufacturing errors (misprint, wrong size/color shipped, or defective item).

Customer Responsibility
• Double-check spelling, placement, and image quality before approving.
• Caliwoodz Creations is not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs.
