Custom & Bulk Order Processing Policy

Every Caliwoodz Creations item is made with care. Customized bulk orders require additional time for design, materials, production, and packaging.

Estimated production and advance ordering

1–9 items: 5–7 business days; order approximately 2 weeks in advance.
10–25 items: 7–10 business days; order at least 3 weeks in advance.
26–50 items: 10–14 business days; order at least 4 weeks in advance.
51–75 items: 14–18 business days; order at least 5 weeks in advance.
76–100 items: 15–20 business days; order at least 6 weeks in advance.
More than 100 items: Custom production quote; inquire 6–8 weeks ahead.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production starts after payment, receipt of all required customization information, and approval of any required design proof. Weekends, holidays, and shipping transit are excluded. Actual timing depends on the item, design complexity, supply availability, and existing orders.

Event date and rush requests

Please provide your event date when requesting a customized bulk order. If the requested date falls before the standard lead time, contact Caliwoodz Creations before purchasing to request rush-order approval. Rush requests are reviewed individually against existing orders and production capacity. Allow 1–2 business days for a response. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, fulfillment, or arrival by your event date. Additional rush or expedited shipping fees may apply only after review and agreement.

Please do not place a time-sensitive bulk order until we confirm that we can meet the requested deadline.
